Terms of Use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  • CK Trader Pro Membership renews automatically every month at $333, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time as described in Section 10. Cancellation stops future charges.
  • Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. We provide education only, not investment advice (Sections 5–7).

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and CK TRADING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LLC, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, doing business as “CK Trader Pro” (“Company,” “we,” “us”). Our support email is ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org.

1.2 These Terms govern your use of:
(a) www.cktraderpro.com and related pages and social channels we operate (the “Site”);
(b) CK Trader Pro Membership and any other plans we offer (the “Plans”);
(c) our articles, lessons, courses, live education sessions, community chat and other content;
(d) the educational tools and resources we make available to members, such as the economic news calendar (the “Tools”), which do not include trading indicators or scripts; and
(e) all related materials and services (together, the “Services”).

1.3 Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Risk Disclosure and Disclosures are part of these Terms. If these Terms conflict with another posted policy, these Terms control, except that the Refund & Cancellation Policy controls on refunds where it is more favorable to you.

1.4 Acceptance. You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box when you create an account or check out, or, for the public Site only, by using it. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: you may not share your login or let anyone else use your account or Tools.

4. The Plans

4.1 Plans. Plan features are described on our Pricing page at the time you sign up.

4.2 Changes to features. We may update, add or remove specific features, schedules, platforms or materials. We won’t materially reduce the core features of a paid Plan during a paid billing period without notice. If we do, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for the unused part of that period.

4.3 Sessions and availability. Times are stated in U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Sessions are typically not held on U.S. market holidays. We can’t promise that any session, replay or Tool will be available at any particular time. Occasional cancellations don’t entitle you to a refund unless they amount to a material reduction under Section 4.2.

5. Education only. No investment advice, no signals

5.1 Education only. All Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services is, or should be taken as:
(a) investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice; or
(b) a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, option, security or other instrument.

5.2 No personalized advice. We don’t consider your financial situation, objectives, positions or risk tolerance. Any discussion of charts, levels, setups, risk management or prop-firm rules is general education about process. We won’t review or tell you what to do about your specific positions or accounts.

5.3 No signals. We don’t provide trade signals or alerts intended to be acted on. Any trade shown or discussed is for teaching purposes only.

5.4 Regulatory status. The Company and its personnel are not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as commodity trading advisors and are not members of the National Futures Association (NFA).

5.5 Your decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information and for every trading and financial decision you make. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Trade Journal and desk data. The Trade Journal is a record-keeping tool for your own use. You own the entries you make or import and are responsible for them. We don’t review your trades or give advice about them. Its stats and charts are simple arithmetic on your own entries. We don’t check them against your broker or prop firm, they can be wrong if an entry or statement is wrong, and we don’t guarantee their accuracy. Past results don’t predict future results. We will never use your journal data, or stats or screenshots from it, as a testimonial or in marketing without your separate written consent. The Session Calendar, Treasury Yields and Commitments of Traders panels show public information from CME, the BLS, the U.S. Treasury and the CFTC as of the date shown. It can be late, change or contain errors, so check the official source. Nothing on the Trading Desk is a trade signal, recommendation or financial advice. CK Trader Pro earns a commission on purchases made through the prop-firm and platform links or codes on the member dashboard, and is not owned, run or endorsed by any prop firm or platform.

6. No promised results; assumption of risk

6.1 No promises. We don’t promise that you will: (a) make money or avoid losses; (b) pass any prop-firm evaluation; (c) obtain a funded account; (d) receive any payout; or (e) reach any particular skill level, income or result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, discipline, capital and market conditions. Many people who trade futures lose money. Many traders don’t pass prop evaluations, and evaluation fees can be lost entirely.

6.2 Testimonials and examples. Any testimonial, example or account figure reflects an individual experience or an illustration. It isn’t typical, and you shouldn’t expect similar results. Results in prop-firm evaluation or “funded” accounts are generally simulated and are not real-money results.

6.3 Assumption of risk. You understand and voluntarily accept all risks of trading and of acting (or not acting) on anything you learn through the Services, including total loss of trading capital, loss of more than your initial margin, and loss of prop-firm evaluation fees.

7. Futures risk and hypothetical performance

7.1 Futures risk. Trading futures and options on futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Futures are leveraged: a relatively small market move can cause large losses, which may exceed your initial margin. Markets can gap or become illiquid, and stop orders may not limit losses to the intended amount. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only risk capital should be used for trading. Our Risk Disclosure is part of these Terms.

7.2 CFTC Rule 4.41. If any simulated or hypothetical result is ever shown: These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.

8. Prop firms and affiliate relationships

8.1 Prop-firm evaluations and funded accounts are third-party products governed by those firms’ own terms. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their rules, decisions, payouts or refunds. Rules, costs and payout terms vary by firm and change often.

8.2 We may earn a commission if you use our code or link. Using our code never increases your price. We are not owned, run, employed or endorsed by these firms. Mentioning a firm or its evaluations is not a recommendation that you trade. You never have to buy a third-party product to use the Services.

9. Price, billing and automatic renewal

9.1 Price. Each paid Plan costs the price shown on our Pricing page and at checkout, plus any applicable taxes (“Plan Fee”).

9.2 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. BY BUYING A PAID PLAN, YOU AGREE THAT:
(a) your Plan begins when your first payment is processed;
(b) your Plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly for CK Trader Pro Membership), and we, through our payment processor, will charge your payment method the Plan Fee on the same calendar day each period (or the last day of the month if that day doesn’t exist) until you cancel;
(c) there is no minimum commitment; and
(d) you can cancel at any time as described in Section 10.

9.3 Authorization. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. We won’t charge anything other than the Plan Fee and applicable taxes without your separate express consent.

9.4 Acknowledgment and records. After checkout, we’ll email you an acknowledgment with the automatic-renewal terms, the cancellation policy and how to cancel, in a form you can keep. We keep a record of your consent for at least three years, or one year after your Plan ends, whichever is longer.

9.5 Price changes. We may change Plan Fees for future billing periods. We’ll email you clear notice, with cancellation instructions, at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect. Where the law requires it (for example, in New York), we’ll either get your affirmative consent to the new price or refund the prorated unused portion if you cancel within 14 days after the first higher charge.

9.6 Promotions and trials. If we offer a discounted first period or a trial, we’ll clearly disclose, before checkout, how long it lasts, the regular price charged afterward and when that charge will happen. For any free trial longer than 31 days, we’ll send a reminder 3–21 days before the first charge.

9.7 Reminders. We’ll send any renewal reminders required by law, including an annual reminder for yearly plans describing the Plan, its price and billing frequency, and how to cancel.

9.8 Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.

10. Cancellation

10.1 How to cancel. Email ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org with the subject “Cancel.” Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 No obstruction. We won’t require you to call or chat with anyone to cancel. We may show one offer to stay, but a cancel option will always be shown next to it.

10.3 Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, and you won’t be charged again. We’ll email you a cancellation confirmation.

10.4 Charges after cancellation. If you’re charged after you cancelled on time, we’ll refund that charge in full.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

12. Third-party platforms

12.1 Your use of third-party platforms, such as charting platforms (for example, TradingView), brokers, data providers and prop firms, is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12.2 We aren’t responsible for third-party outages, errors, changes, fees or decisions, including a platform changing its features or your access. You need your own accounts with those platforms, and you’re responsible for their fees.

13. Simulated (practice) trading

If we show or discuss simulated or paper-trading accounts, including third-party practice accounts and prop-firm evaluation accounts, they are for education and practice only. They don’t reflect actual market conditions, fills, slippage or fees, and they don’t execute real trades. Results in simulation don’t predict real-world results and shouldn’t be used to judge actual financial performance.

14. Community guidelines

14.1 Treat CK, staff and other members with respect. These are prohibited: harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, doxxing or sexual content; spam or promoting paid products, signals or affiliate links without our written permission; giving or soliciting personalized investment advice, running signal groups, or offering to trade or manage others’ accounts; false or misleading statements about results, including fabricated or edited screenshots or P&L; impersonating CK, staff or others; sharing other members’ personal information or recording them without consent; and unlawful activity, including market manipulation.

14.2 Member content. You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and display it to operate the Services. We won’t publicly use your name, likeness, words or results in marketing without your separate written permission. If you give us a testimonial, you agree it reflects your honest experience, and we’ll disclose any compensation or other material connection.

14.3 Moderation. We may remove content and suspend or terminate members who break these guidelines.

15. Intellectual property; no recording, sharing or resale

15.1 Ownership. The Services and all content, including sessions, recordings, lessons, Tools, code, text, graphics, logos and the names “CK Trader Pro” and “CK,” are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

15.2 Your license. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial education.

15.3 Restrictions. Without our prior written consent, you may not: (a) record, screen-capture, download or rebroadcast any members-only session or material, except replays we make downloadable for your personal use; (b) share your login; (c) copy, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from the Services; (d) use the Services to build a competing course, community, signal service or product; (e) reverse engineer any Tool or share Tool access; or (f) scrape the Services or access them by automated means.

15.4 Enforcement. Breaking this Section is a material breach. We may terminate your access immediately without refund for the current period and pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief.

15.5 Copyright complaints. Send notices of claimed infringement to ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org or by mail to the address in Section 29.

16. Recording of sessions

Live sessions may be recorded, and recordings or clips may be shared with members. By joining a session, you consent to being recorded. If you don’t want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and use a display name that doesn’t identify you. We won’t publicly post identifiable clips of members from members-only sessions without consent.

17. Suspension and termination

17.1 You may cancel at any time under Section 10 and stop using the Site at any time.
17.2 We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms (including Sections 14 and 15), commit fraud or abuse, or fail to pay. We may also discontinue a Plan or Tool on 30 days’ notice.
17.3 If we terminate for your breach, no refund is due for the current period except as required by law. If we terminate or discontinue a paid Plan for any other reason, we’ll refund the prorated unused portion of your current billing period.
17.4 Sections 5–8, 11, 14.2, 15 and 18–28, and any payment obligations already owed, survive termination.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL TOOLS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING MARKET DATA, LEVELS OR THIRD-PARTY RULES) IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY TOOL WILL PERFORM AS EXPECTED. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

19. Payment disputes and chargebacks

19.1 Contact us first. If you think a charge is wrong, email ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org.
19.2 Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we may suspend access while the dispute is pending and give your bank evidence of your purchase, including your acceptance of these Terms and the automatic-renewal terms.
19.3 Your rights. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, your card issuer’s rules or other applicable law.

20. Limitation of liability

20.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS (INCLUDING CK) BE LIABLE FOR ANY (a) TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST PROP-FIRM ACCOUNTS, EVALUATION FEES OR DENIED PAYOUTS; OR (b) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
20.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
20.3 These limits don’t apply to liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so some may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; (c) content you post; or (d) your trading activity, including trading for or advising others.

22. Privacy and communications

22.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
22.2 You agree to receive transactional and account emails (for example receipts, renewal and price-change notices, and cancellation confirmations), which are part of the Services. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
22.3 We don’t currently send text messages. If we add text messages, they’ll be optional and sent only with your separate consent, consent will never be a condition of purchase, and you’ll be able to reply STOP at any time.

23. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites, products or services, including prop firms, brokers and charting platforms. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms or practices. Some links are affiliate links (see Section 8).

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice doesn’t take away the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.

25. Disputes and venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of the county where you live where the law requires it.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting paying members, we’ll give at least 15 days’ notice by email before they take effect. Changes to price or renewal terms follow Section 9.5. If you don’t agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

27. General

These Terms, with the policies they include, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you. We aren’t liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including exchange closures, platform outages or illness). You agree to receive notices electronically.

28. California and other state notices

California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the automatic-renewal or consumer-protection laws of your state.
